I had a complaint as a tenant and Mitch has been amazing. Not just because he got the problem resolved, that's not my point at all. But he showed a lot of respect (something I was struggling to find), genuine care and being active listener even though it seemed like he already knew my case.

In couple of minutes he managed to turn me form a very frustrated tenant into a happy customer!

I rented my apt lately through Hockey. I am absolutely delighted with the professional service Melissa provided. She is very organized and always respond my enquiries fast. At the beginning, I was struggled a bit with the process to return my previous apt to the owner as I wanted to break the lease contract earlier.
