Dealing with Hockeys since 1998
My husband and I have been dealing with Hockeys since about 1998. They looked after our accommodation requirements and now since the office has moved closer to North Sydney Colin Hockey is looking after our rental.
Hockeys have been managing my rental property for at least 20 years!
Hockeys have been managing my rental property for at least 20 years:
- promptly informing me of all relevant matters relating to the property,
- efficiently evaluating and advising of options for any major maintenance, changes and developments,
- monitoring of any works carried out at the property and reporting of progress,
- advising changes to relevant Government Laws and regulations and implications for the property,
- reporting fortnightly on financial status,
This enables me to give my attention to other matters knowing that my investment is properly managed.
