...that is the question!
Flushing the wrong things down the toilet not only damages the plumbing but is also harmful to the environment. It is especially important in a block of units to be careful as one blocked drain can result in all the units having issues with unpleasant smells, toilets overflowing with water or even worse sewerage. Prior to moving into a rental property the landlord is responsible for ensuring all the plumbing is in good working order. When a plumbing issue arises, tenancy law mandates that landlords are responsible for repairs throughout the lease unless the damage or negligence is caused by the tenant, in which case the tenant will be responsible for the
cost of repairs.

"Only numbers ones, number twos and toilet paper down the toilet. Do not use flushable wipes,
they are not flushable and do not break down like toilet paper does. They cause serious sewer
blockages and can be the primary reason for a sewer overflow." - Anthony Farac Plumbing
