Each member of the team has helped me with my move from arranging video inspections to connecting services, their response time has always been quick and always positive/friendly. I had tried working with several agencies in Sydney (which can be challenging when you don’t live in the city) and Hockeys were the only agency to make me feel valued. I had a complaint as a tenant and Mitch has been amazing. Not just because he got the problem resolved, that's not my point at all. But he showed a lot of respect (something I was struggling to find), genuine care and being active listener even though it seemed like he already knew my case.

I rented my apt lately through Hockey. I am absolutely delighted with the professional service Melissa provided. She is very organized and always respond my enquiries fast. At the beginning, I was struggled a bit with the process to return my previous apt to the owner as I wanted to break the lease contract earlier.
