- promptly informing me of all relevant matters relating to the property,

- efficiently evaluating and advising of options for any major maintenance, changes and developments,

- monitoring of any works carried out at the property and reporting of progress,

- advising changes to relevant Government Laws and regulations and implications for the property,

- reporting fortnightly on financial status,
