Testimonials

Karl, Mitchell and team have provided years of exemplary property management services to my family, earning our trust and appreciation for their reliability and professionalism.

I was very pleased with work ethic and professionalism of Karl Hockey in selling 2 properties for me in St Leonards.

I recommend him highly.

I work with Hockeys at a supplier level and it's always great dealing with Karl and his team.

With his client's best interest in mind he's super professional, down to earth, always upfront and honest - a real joy to work with and a pleasure look after

Karl was great to work with, and given these challenging times, went above and beyond to help us. He was always full of positive energy, yet provided well-balanced and honest feedback during the whole process. We really appreciated his detailed and regular reports and updates. His knowledge of the local area is unsurpassed. We would highly recommend Karl to anyone considering selling or buying.

I have found the whole property team to be very professional and helpful.

They are quick to respond to any urgent repairs and even follow up to ensure work has been successfully completed!

Great people. Mitch and Yolande were very helpful and willing to provide the information I needed. Happy to meet them. I would go back with them again.

Professional experience and services.

Thank you Jessica Lucas for the excellent customer service. Leasing the unit with her was a seamless and professional experience.

I have worked with many real estate agents and Hockeys Property are one of the best in the business. Would highly recommend Hockeys Property for any real estate sales or property management needs, big or small.

I’ve worked with the team at Hockeys on numerous occasions and all experiences have been extremely positive. I initially purchased my property through Karl who was professional and easy to deal with, which is why I went to them again when I decided to lease the property. Through the leasing process I worked with Karl, Jessica, and Mitch, all of whom are very responsive and customer oriented. I highly recommend Hockeys.

Great service. Karl answered all my queries about the suburbs I’m interested in and their trends. I highly recommend Karl and his team for properties consultations and services.

Jessica has been so accommodating and flexible throughout our whole application and moving-in process. I have never experienced a real estate agent who was as organised, welcoming, and genuinely helpful as Jessica. Thank you for taking so much stress out of our move!
