We are new commercial tenants of Hockeys, and the process could not have been smoother or less stressful! Colin and Courtney responded to all queries promptly and in detail, and Courtney anticipated any follow up actions needed! Courtney's friendly and responsive manner has been very welcome during the intense process of moving offices.
Never thought I would have a good experience with a real estate agent (after numerous terrible ones), but my experience at Hockey’s was outstanding. Both buying and then property management were handled very professionally.
Karl is such a pleasure to deal with. His market knowledge is impressive and he is refreshingly down to earth.
Hockeys Property has amazing customer service and has been taking work placement students for us since 2016. This provides students studying Business Services and Financial Services a chance to get a taste of the industry. We know we can always rely on Karl and staff to show their support and their commitment in helping the youth of today.
Karl and the team at Hockey's are outstanding. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking at selling or leasing property.
Jessica Lucas was great to deal with and super helpful during the leasing process. Always answers the phone and really direct communication which is amazing. Thanks for the help.
After the papers were signed and keys handed over (done expediently and thoroughly), assistance given from moving in to property repairs has been considerate and prompt throughout.
Karl has always been a great help to us and aims to look out for the best interest of his clients. Would definitely recommend Hockeys Property to my friends and family!
Hockeys was very open and honest about the property we rented, Jessica was very professional and helpful during the signing of the lease. I appreciate the ease of communication. Would definitely recommend!
I bought a property through Karl recently and he has been very professional and helpful from inspection through to purchase. He would attend all reasonable requests in time to provide all information desired. In the end, I successfully purchased the property. As I’m very happy with the service provided by Karl and his team, I asked Hockeys to continue managing my property.
Helpful and provide timely responses with great details for tenant (that’s me) to start:) did a a lot better job than the agent for my prior tenancy!!
Karl, Colin and the team at Hockeys the most professional team we have encountered.
We have completed a number of jobs for properties managed by Hockeys. Their communication and transparency is unquestionable.
A pleasure to work with. From all the team at Pro Climbing Tree Services we cannot recommended them highly enough.
